Anna Wintour the editor in chief of the american Vogue donated a week-long internship, a DVD of "The September Issue", a handful of Vogue books, and tickets to a show at New York's Fashion Week to be put on an auction to benefit the RFK Center for Justice and Human rights organization, which is currently catering to the relief efforts in Haiti.
The auction started not so long ago with an estimated price of $10,000, and two days before the auction was closed it had reached $13,000, but at the last minute a lucky and apparently filthy rich person offered to pay $42,500 dollars for this dream internship, we're talking about a year of college tuition or a new BMW, of course the auction got closed after that exorbitant amount of money. (At least we know it's for a good cause).
Due to the success of this bid, Anna Wintour already offered another opportunity but this time it will include a meet and greet, along with tickets to a fashion show during New York Fashion Week, a Christian Louboutin gift certificate and exclusive bags from Proenza Schouler and Alexander Wang, this time to benefit the works of "The Art of Elysium".

Cuanto por una semana en Vogue?
Anna Wintour la editora en jefe de la edición americana de Vogue donó una semana de pasantía, un DVD de "The September Issue", una dotación de Vogue, y tickets para un show en la semana de la moda en Nueva york en subasta a beneficencia de RFK Center for Justice and Human Rights Organization la cual se encarga de ayudar a Haití.
La subasta empezó no hace mucho tiempo con un precio estimado de $10,000, y dos dias antes de que esta terminara ya había alcanzado la suma de $13,000, pero al último minuto un afortunado y aparentemente asquerosamente rico individuo ofreció pagar $42,500 dolares por esta pasantía de ensueño; estamos hablando de un año de pago universitario o un BMW completamente nuevo, por supuesto la subasta se cerró poco después de que esta suma exorbitante fue ofrecida.(Al menos sabemos que este dinero es para una buena causa)
Y debido al éxito de esta campaña, Anna Wintour ya ha ofrecido otra oportunidad, solo que esta ve< el set incluye, conocer a esta enigmática figura, adempas de pases para una pasarela durante la semana de la moda en nueva York, un certificado de regalo de Christian Louboutin y bolsas exclusivas de Proenza Schouler y Alexander Wang, esta vez para beneficar los trabajos de "The Art of Elysium".

ReplyDeleteThe September Issue la he visto varias veces, la tuve que descargar porque no la conseguia en mi pais... y bueno la pregunta no seria ¿Que harías para conseguir esta increíble oportunidad? seria ¿hasta sonde serias capaz de llegar...? Seria divertido ir a un fashion week en cualquier parte del mundo, conocer y ver nuevas tendencias prendas y materiales de elaboracion obviamente tambier conocer personas nuevas.
